What are your rates?

Our fees are determined on a per-project or per-word basis. 

I already have something written, can you edit it and make it better?

Absolutely! We can take what you have already written and edit it to make sure it’s clear, resonant writing.

What is the turnaround time?

It really depends on the size and complexity of the project. If it's something small like a five-page document, we can get it done rather quickly—usually in a matter of two hours.  For larger, more complex writing projects, it could take several days or longer depending on the complexity of it and how many projects we have before yours.

Can you write the content for my website and advise me on how to layout the pages?

YES!  In fact, writing content for websites is something that we do often and very well. A well-designed and well-written website should flow well, should be logical in scope, and should entice and encourage visitors to examine and explore the site. We will design/layout, write your content, FAQ, a sitemap, upload images and pictures. 

Do you do all of the writing yourself?

We have team of designers and writers ready to take on projects. However, if we have a client with a BIG project, we may sub-contract some of the work out in order to complete the job on time.  If that is the case, your project would receive the same level of high quality work as if we had done it ourselves.

Do you have to learn about my business to write about it?

NO.  we will research your business industry, competition, and customers. We are editors and writers and our role is to write for your readers, and to do it well.  Though we have professional experience and vast knowledge of new business development, we stick to what we do well any time that we're called to do it.

What if I don't like what you write, will you rewrite it?

Editing and rewriting are a normal part of the writing process. We expect feedback from our clients, and we will work diligently to produce a final document that meets your expectations.  First, we would get on the same page about what you want and what your expectations are. Second, we will come up with an outline and a sample lead before we start.  There is a limit to the number of edits. There would be an additional charge to rewrite AFTER you accept the final document.

Do I need to pay a deposit, and do you take credit cards?

How will I get my project to you and how will we communicate about it?

We live in a highly technologically savvy society. Small businesses no longer have to open a storefront on Main Street to conduct business. You can scan and send supporting documents for your project via email or mail them to us. We can communicate via phone, email, fax, or text message. We can communicate face-to-face via Skype.

Will I receive a draft prior to receiving the final document?

YES...absolutely!  We will send you a proof for your review and to make changes to it. If your changes are extensive, a second draft will be sent prior to the final document. If your changes are minor, a second draft will not be sent.

What if I have additional images or text that I want included after I’ve sent you my documents?

We will include it; however, it will increase your word count; thereby, increasing the cost of the project and it might delay your initial completion date. It will be better for you to get everything to us initially to save on cost and time.

Will I be able to check on the status of my project?

Autobiography is an account of somebody’s life written by that person


Biography is an account of somebody's life written or produced by another person, e.g. as a book, movie, or television program


Family History is an account of somebody’s family, focusing on the individual lives of all or selected persons in the family


Memoir is a biography or an account of historical events, especially one written from personal knowledge.

What is our role as the ghostwriter?

It would be our job to make sure your personal story is written in such a way that it is compelling enough that others would want to read it.  It would be our role to find the right hook and theme to tell your story.  We will help you choose the events or scenes from your life or family history and creatively weave them into one memorable story.  The writing will be clear, visual, and resonate with the reader.

What is our fee?

Ghostwriting is not inexpensive.  It is usually high-profiled people with a large following who hire ghostwriters because they can easily recoup the expense with tremendous book sales.  It could cost from 10 to 20 cents a word or a flat fee from $1,500 to $6,000 to write a good manuscript, then you have to find a publisher or pay someone to publish it.
